Over a decade ago, we recognised the significant shortcomings in the solicitor qualification process. From the lack of diverse talent able to access opportunities, the inflexibility of having to commit to a two-year training contract and the high costs associated with recruitment, regulatory compliance, and proper training management - it was clear the traditional model needed change. So, we set out to revolutionise the training contract, creating a more flexible, inclusive and qualify first approach. ABOUT THE TRAINEE PROGRAMME
Accutrainee sources and hires exceptional trainees through a rigorous selection process, then places them on secondments with clients for periods of six months or more. We handle all aspects of training, mentoring, employment, and regulatory compliance. As a registered training establishment and the company who introduced this model to the profession, we are uniquely able to support both traditional training contracts and the new SQE route to qualification. What sets us apart is our professionalism and dedication to trainee development, pastoral care, and ensuring that each trainee completes the program as a highly competent, well-rounded lawyer. This is why more than 98% of our trainees secure one or more NQ roles on qualification.
