Sometimes you may find that a paralegal is more suited to your requirement than a trainee. Through our year round selection process, we have access to candidates who are also looking to gain paralegal experience.
How does it work?
Our paralegal service differs from the trainee service we offer. It’s more along the lines of a traditional recruitment service. We select, assess and interview candidates and send you a shortlist of suitable candidates. You then interview and employ the candidate directly. However, should you have headcount issues, we can discuss ways we can help by seconding the paralegals out to you if that’s preferable.
You get the security of knowing that candidates have been assessed by our highly qualified team and it’s a service we can offer at a very competitive price. In fact, our rates are considerably lower than market standard rates. We see this as a way of building long standing relationships with our clients.
