Once you submit an online application form, we’ll aim to come back to you within 3 weeks to either advise that we would like to invite you to an initial interview or let you know that you’ve not been successful.

The initial interview will be focused on your academics, work experience and understanding your drive, commitment and determination in pursuing a career in law. We’ll also be finding out what sort of law firms and areas of law interest you the most.

If you’re successful at the initial interview, you’ll be invited to one of our assessment centres. This will include a written exercise, a competency based interview and an individual presentation which you’ll be asked to prepare and present.

In some unusual cases, we may ask you to attend a third interview. We’ll let your know our decision as soon as can after that.
