Susan has created something in Accutrainee that doesn’t just provide an alternative route to qualification, but adds a lot more value to all parties concerned than may initially be obvious. For firms like mine, we benefit greatly from the partnership that takes our trainee’s development and technical competencies way further than we can do on our own in the same amount of time. Our business is growing and our in-house legal needs are ever increasing and without me doing much extra, before long we shall have a newly qualified lawyer in someone that already knows us and our business. I went into private practice on qualification and now work for a large asset manager.
